This eye-drop contains a combination of two other medications: Xalatan (or a different prostaglandin drop) and Tiloptic. The side-effects, advantages and disadvantages are identical to the combination of each of these two medications separately. Taking Xalcom is like taking one drop from each bottle of Xalatan and Tiloptic, except that it is more convenient (one bottle instead of two).

Directions for Taking the Medication:
One eye-drop, once a day (in the evening, or before going to sleep).

Side-effects:
Identical to the side-effects of the two components (Xalatan and Tiloptic).
