Atropine

Atropine is an eye-drop which is used to dilate the pupil for extended periods of time. One drop may dilate the pupil for as long as one to two weeks. This eye-drop is infrequently given to calm the eye, and to reduce inflammation, following specific types of glaucoma surgery.
